The idea about a Christian clinic was born when God spoke to two women about
opening a clinic where people can receive a medical care. In this clinic
everybody can receive medical care regardless of their religious or national
background. The vision about this place is to give not only medical care
but  also psychological and spiritual help. This place is a place where
people can hear about Jesus and His way of salvation.
    The clinic Ihtus Remedium started its mission in November 1998.
    Six months from the beginning of the Health Center we were already
seeing the blessings of it evangelizing people who are coming for medical
help. Right from the beginning God is using Ihtus Remedium as a place where
people can hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ, be comfort and to receive help
not only medical, but spiritual as well. This is also a place where people
from different churches are coming closer. The people who are employed now,
are coming from four different churches.
 For one year working, God opened many doors for serving  the people in
Macedonia. During the Kosovo crises Ihtus Remedium actively took part to
serve to the refugees from Kosovo. In this few months  the clinic had over
3500 patients who were refugees from Kosovo. The patients had an opportunity
to hear the Gospel and many of them received Jesus in their hearts. It was
big joy patients where coming and tell that the prayer was answered (for one
lady the doctors were praying that her husband who got lost in the chaos in
Kosovo will be founded. He came few days after the prayer. The father for
who¹s son was prayed to stop walking during the sleeping, came to tell that
the prayer is answered and many other examples where God was glorified).
    Ihtus Remedium is non - profitable organization and we rely on
sponsorship and donations mainly from abroad as many of our patients cannot
afford medical care. Most of them are refugees from Kosovo and people from
Macedonia who cannot pay for their examinations.
    As the part of the services offered by Ihtus Remedium is a mobile
medical team, consisting of a doctor and a nurse giving advice and primary
healthcare to needy people in surrounding villages. They already have been
working with the single mothers in Stip(another town in Macedonia), with the
refugees in villages around Skopje and  also in Serbia.
